Services
Health & lifestyle coaching is a non-clinical, personalised care role. We help to support you to increase your ability to self-manage and motivate you to commit to changing your lifestyle and improve your health.
We work on behaviour change and focus on health-related outcomes, such as weight management, lowering blood pressure and cholesterol and improving mental health through making better choices (e.g., diet, exercise).
We will work with you to set personalised goals, change your behaviours and educate you over an initial 12-week period, leaving you with the ability to lead a much healthier lifestyle after finishing the plan. We focus on making small tweaks and achieving small goals every week, rather than making any drastic changes.
► You can be referred to our Health coaches by contacting your GP surgery.
